I ordered this on a Monday and received it the following Monday. I'd expected a good 2-4 weeks turnaround so extremely impressed, and very well packaged too.
It came with (almost - see below) everything. All seven heads, all the weapon options including left- and right- power claws and three options for the top mount (missiles, gun and vent). Everything is sharp, clean, and perfectly printed with minimal cleanup needed. One nice touch is the chainsword and some of the other weapons were left with supports protecting the blades during transit. I don't know if that was intentional or not, but it's appreciated.
The only piece missing from my set was one of the three flail "arms". I received two, there should be three. I don't intend to build it using that so it's not a huge loss.
This is a HUGE kit with tons of options. And by huge - depending on how you pose it, I reckon it will stand between 21-23 cm tall, and easily tower over an Imperial Knight.
Overall, brilliant kit, brilliant company. I will definitely be buying from them again.
